BAMS Admission process

  • Admission to Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) requires participation in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). 
  • This examination is mandatory for admission to many medical courses and must be taken into consideration when applying for BAMS. 
  • After the NEET exam, students will proceed to centrally controlled counselling which will decide their college location based on their score. 
  • Colleges may then request a personal interview round as an additional evaluation criteria for applicants.
