What is the ATMA Exam?

The Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) conducts the AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA), a national-level examination. ATMA serves as an entrance test for MBA, PGDM, MMS, MCA, and PGDBA courses. Over 750 management institutes throughout India recognize ATMA scores for admission into their management programs. ATMA Exam 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The ATMA application procedure encompasses the following steps:

  1. Creation of a new user profile by furnishing details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, phone number, etc., in the ATMA registration form.
  2. The ATMA application fee is paid through credit/debit card, internet banking, UPI, or other banking wallets.
  3. Completion of the entire ATMA application form utilizing the PID number and password.
  4. Uploading the requisite documents in the specified format.

ATMA Fee Payment

To initiate the completion of the ATMA application form, candidates are required to submit the application fee. This fee can only be settled through online means. The ATMA registration fee stands at INR 2,000 (inclusive of GST) for all candidates. Payment of the ATMA application fee is exclusively facilitated through debit/credit cards, internet banking, or UPI. Applicants hailing from North-Eastern states are entitled to a 50% fee concession, while women candidates can avail themselves of a 25% fee concession.

ATMA Admission Process 2024

STEP 1: ATMA application form 2024

Candidates are able to complete the registration process online via the official AIMS website and submit the ATMA 2024 application form. The application fee amounts to INR 1,600, payable online through debit/credit card or net banking. During the ATMA application form-filling process, candidates have the option to choose up to five institutes/colleges to receive their scores for admission consideration.

The ATMA 2024 exam will take place in the computer-based test mode across 102 cities throughout India. When completing the application form, candidates are required to choose their preferred ATMA 2024 exam centres, typically corresponding to the test cities.

STEP 2: ATMA admit card 2024

ATMA admit cards will be issued to registered candidates three days before the exam. Candidates must download their admit cards and self-declaration forms and obtain a printed copy before the exam. The ATMA admit cards for 2024 will remain accessible online for downloading until the day of the exam.

STEP 3: ATMA mock test 2024

The ATMA mock test for 2024 is expected to take place two days before exam day to acquaint candidates with the test guidelines, especially if the exam is conducted in internet-based test mode. All applicants ' participation in the mock test was compulsory, scheduled between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM and lasting for 45 minutes. Failure to participate in the mock test will result in candidates being ineligible to sit for the actual exam. The mock test mitigates any potential difficulties on the exam day.

STEP 4: ATMA exam 2024

The ATMA exam will be administered in a centre-based online test mode, consisting of 180 questions covering Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative, and Verbal skills. Candidates will have a total of 180 minutes to complete the examination.

STEP 5: ATMA result 2024

ATMA results for 2024 will be published online on the official website. Test takers can access their ATMA result 2024 and retrieve the scorecard by inputting their PID number and password. Scorecards will not be dispatched to candidates via postal mail. Based on their scores, candidates can apply to their preferred institute/college and engage in further admission procedures as the participating institutions require.

ATMA Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates taking the ATMA exam must acquaint themselves with the exam day protocols to mitigate any potential challenges on the examination day.

The ATMA exam is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Candidates are required to arrive at the exam venue by 1:00 PM to complete identification and other necessary processes. Only on-time arrivals will be admitted to the exam centre.

Candidates must carry two printouts of the ATMA admit card, each affixed with a passport-size photograph, along with an original and photocopy of a photo ID proof issued by the Government of India. Additionally, they must bring a printout of the ATMA application form. Please produce these documents to ensure the candidate can enter the exam.

The photograph affixed to the admit card should match the one provided during the application process.

Candidates must install the ArogyaSetu app on their phones to display their risk status. Those without the app must bring a completed self-declaration form. Phones should be switched off after the risk status is shown to the security personnel at the centre.

Candidates must bring a ballpoint pen to the centre; digital watches, statistical tables, calculators, and other gadgets are prohibited.

Candidates must wear masks and gloves throughout the examination and bring a transparent water bottle, sanitiser, and necessary exam-related documents. They must also adhere to COVID-19-appropriate behaviour at all times.
