BA LLB is an integrated Law Course that deals with various interdisciplinary topics such as Law and Arts, including History, Sociology, English, Economics, etc.

BA LLB is a full-time course regulated by the Bar Council Of India. The majority of the curriculum includes practical training Apart from theoretical knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria for BA LLB:

  • Candidates must have passed their class 12th from a recognised board. 
  • Candidates must obtain a bachelor's degree in any domain from a recognised University or College and have an aggregate of 50% marks.
  • Students from SC/ST/PWD backgrounds are given a relaxation of 5%.
  • Final-year students are also eligible for BA LLB programs. However, the results might change after the final results.

BA LLB Admission Process:

Admissions to BA LLB programs are based on scores obtained in the entrance exams, which are conducted at a national level, state level, or University level. In contrast, some universities also have merit-based entrances, whereas the rest of the proportion provides direct admission to BA LLB programs.

  • Prepare for BA LLB exams such as CLAT, AILET, LSAT, SLAT, etc.
  • Fill out the college applications either online or on-campus. 
  • Score higher than the cutoffs expected.
  • If your score is within the cutoff range, then appear for the College counselling session. 
  • Wait for the final selection list of your selected college.
  • Visit the college campus for document verification and fee payment for reserving the allotted seat.

CNLU conducts CLAT. Only those candidates who have secured a minimum of 45% for the open category and 40% for the reserved category in the UG degree are eligible for this exam.
