In order to pursue this course, applicants must possess at least 55-60% in their higher secondary class and pass the Common Entrance Examination. If a student wishes to enrol into BBS offered by Delhi University colleges, they should take the DU JAT exam. Additionally, this course cannot be taken through distance learning.

The curriculum for BBS consists of subjects such as Financial Accounting, Macroeconomics, Principles of Marketing and Organisational Behaviour.

BBS Course: Admission Process

The Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) admissions is a simple process that can be done both online and offline. Admission criteria vary by college but generally, it will depend on your 12th grade results and the score in an entrance exam. Prior to 2015, the admission procedure was slightly different, involving both a written exam, group discussion, and personal interview.   1. In order to apply for the BBS course, candidates must visit the official website of the college. 
  2. Admission forms can now be conveniently accessed online for student convenience. 
  3. Applicants must fill out the application form as instructed, and include required documents such as attested copies of Xth and XIIth scorecards, a caste certificate (if needed), passport size photographs, signature and identity proof. 
  4. After completing the form, applicants must pay the application fee online through an approved payment portal. 
  5. On a specified date, all applicants must appear for the BBS entrance examination. 
  6. Once the examination results are announced, selected candidates will need to report to designated counselling centres for final documentation.

University entrance exams often entail additional stages of assessment, such as group discussions and personal interviews. Admissions to this course are based on the cut-off score achieved by applicants.
