The exam dates for SLIET SET 2025 have been officially announced by the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology on their official website. Registration for SLIET SET 2025 began on February 1, 2025, and the last date to submit the SET III application form was April 15, 2024. The exam was conducted on May 5, 2025. Candidates had to fill out the application form online, as no other modes were accepted. The SLIET SET 2024 application form can be completed online at sliet.ac.in. Registered candidates could access their admit cards online starting April 30, 2024. Only candidates who successfully filled out and submitted the application form could download their admit cards from the official website. The exam was held as a pen-and-paper-based test for all eligible registered candidates.
In the case of the SLIET SET 2025 exam, the candidates had to attempt a total of 150 multiple type choice questions. SET III is the examination for the lateral entry BTech, which spans two and a half hours. Admission counselling for SLIET SET 2025 is conducted in order to enrol candidates who passed the entrance examination. The outcomes were announced a few days after the exam, informing us of the scores and ranks of the candidates. This exam was written in pen and paper Nitropro. SLIET SET, or the Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology SET, is conducted by the Sant Longowal Institute to offer admissions in various Programs. These are Integrated Certificate –Diploma (ICD), SET IA for the 2nd year of ICD, SET III for direct second year BE admission, and SET V for direct PhD admission. The exam is conducted in four different phases: Sec I, Sec IA, Sec III, and Sec V. It also has 4-year BE, MTech, MBA and MSc programs. BTech and MCA are 4-year degree courses.

Candidates can check the SLIET SET 2025 result online. No other mode will be used to announce the results. The scores and ranks of the candidates are available through the results. Candidates can check their total and subject-wise marks on the official website. Only qualified candidates can participate in the counselling process.
The SLIET SET 2025 admit card will be made available online. Candidates who have registered themselves can then download their admit card with the help of a login ID and password. An admit card will not only consist of their roll numbers but also the dates, timings, venue of examination, etc. Candidates must present their admit card at the exam center to be allowed to take the exam.
The application form for SLIET SET 2025 was released in March for all eligible candidates. While filling out the application form, candidates had to provide personal, academic, and contact details, upload required documents, and pay the application fee. Only registered candidates were allowed to attempt the entrance examination.

Candidates applying for SC/ST reservations must submit adequate proof/certification from competent authorities.
Candidates seeking OBC reservations must submit proof/certification that they do not belong to the creamy layer, as per Government of India criteria. The Director of SLIET reserves the right to transfer unfilled seats between quotas/categories as per existing rules.
As a Centrally Funded Technical Institute, SLIET follows reservation and benefit guidelines issued by the Government of India. Course-specific eligibility conditions set by CCMN-2025for SLIET admissions will also apply.
