       2. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE

Ans. Career counselling can be invaluable for choosing the right career after the 10th. Through this process, you will have opportunities to explore different career paths, identify potential job titles or industries to research, and understand which skills are necessary to succeed in certain fields.

Q.3) Is a Diploma a good idea after the 10th?

Ans. Pursuing a diploma after completing 10th grade can be a good idea for students who wish to further their careers. A diploma allows students to specialize and focus on a particular subject area, whether related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM). In addition, pursuing a diploma may open up more educational and career opportunities, as some employers prefer employees who have achieved a diploma in their chosen field.
On the other hand, it is important to consider the long-term impact of an additional year of study. In many cases, the increase in knowledge gained through a diploma may not offset the financial burden or lost of a year of work experience. Therefore, weighing the pros and cons before deciding and discussing options with trusted mentors or advisors is important.
